Osiris and Iris builds the system that makes looking after them a habit. Your tiers, your rhythm, your data, in your hands. Built once, for you, and owned by you.
Start the journey Eight minutes. It changes how you see your own network.
Every dot is a person. Grey ones have gone past their rhythm without a word. Answer the journey below and the map becomes yours.
A CRM is a spreadsheet with ambitions. What you need is a discipline, and a tool shaped around it.
Who matters, in which tier, how often you should be in touch, and what you write down afterwards. We work this out with you before a line of code exists. It is the part nobody else does.
A proven core: people, firms, every conversation, a Today view that tells you who is going cold, and a follow-up rhythm that runs itself. Already built, already in daily use.
Your contact types, your fields, your views, your integrations. Built around how your business and your people actually behave, then installed with your team on the screen.
Osiris and Iris follows a relationship from before someone is a client to years after they signed. That makes it useful to more than one desk.
One price for the build, whatever the size of your team. The second includes the first, plus six add-ons at a quarter off. Care afterwards is optional and monthly, so you can stop whenever you like.
The kernel, shaped to you, in your own Google, Airtable or Supabase account. About two weeks.
Everything in the workspace tier, plus €6,000 of add-ons for €4,500. Three to five weeks.
Everything above, on hardware you own, encrypted, backed up, no third party in the loop. Part of the Citadelle stack. Six to eight weeks.
The maths, so you can check it: the €8,500 tier is the €4,000 kernel plus six add-ons worth €6,000 at list, at a quarter off. If you want more than €4,500 of those six, it costs less than adding them one by one. Whatever you choose, you keep the code. If we disappeared tomorrow, you would still have everything.
Every tier can take any of these, and the second tier already includes six. List prices below; 15% less when built alongside the second tier. If a tool you already pay for does the job well, we connect to it rather than rebuild it.
We build the relationship system. We do not build accounting, ERP or email tools, and we never will. We connect to the good ones.
Off-the-shelf CRMs rent you a pipeline by the seat, forever. We build you a relationship system once, and you own it. Put your own numbers in and see when it pays.
We start at one in four. Change it if you know your people better.
Price follows what we build, never how many people use it.
How this is worked out: a relationship kept is worth its full yearly value, counted as the share you chose rather than a whole person; value starts once the system is live; care is counted from month one. Rent, if you pay nothing today: HubSpot Sales Hub Professional, €90 a seat a month on an annual plan plus €1,470 compulsory onboarding (hubspot.fr list prices, checked 13 September 2026).
| Mainstream CRM | Osiris and Iris | |
|---|---|---|
| What you pay for | Rent, per seat, for as long as you use it | A build you own, and care if you want it |
| What it is shaped around | A sales pipeline, the same for everyone | Your rings, your rhythm, your moments |
| Where the data lives | Their cloud, their terms | Your account, or your own hardware |
| Who tells you a relationship is going cold | Nobody | The Today view, every morning |
| What happens when you grow | The bill grows with you | Nothing changes |
| What happens if you leave | An export and a headache | You already have everything |
Five short steps. As you answer, your relationship map takes shape on the right, and we suggest what firms like yours usually get wrong. Send it to us at the end and we will read it before we speak.
How you earn decides what a relationship is worth and how long it lives. A retainer firm loses slowly and quietly. A transaction firm loses the day it forgets to call.
We have suggested a starting set for your type of business. Remove what does not fit, add what we missed.
Most firms list clients and stop. The people who send you clients, and the people who quietly make your work possible, are usually the ones going cold.
Three rings is enough. Inner circle: the ones you would call on a Sunday. Active: the ones you are working with or want to be. Network: everyone else worth keeping warm.
Inner circle is deliberately small. If it is over forty, it is not an inner circle, it is a list.
How your people like to be reached is worth more than any feature. A system that nags you to email someone who only takes calls will be ignored within a fortnight.
| Ring | How often | Usually by |
|---|---|---|
| Inner circle | a call or a short message | |
| Active | a short message | |
| Network | a considered email, and moments |
The system works if one person spends twenty minutes a week with the Today view. We agree who, and when, before we install anything.
We read every map before the call. Forty-five minutes, no slides, and we will tell you if you do not need us.
Your map is with us, and we will read it before we speak. Pick a time for the call here: book the call.
Most outreach is sloppy, so it needs volume, and volume costs reputation. We take the opposite view: relationships are built from the first message.
The Approach is a module inside your system. Nobody becomes a target until they pass your ideal-client gate. Nobody gets a message until the research is done and there is a real reason to write. Ten considered approaches a week beat four hundred templates, and the system enforces the ten.
Inbound works the same way: every lead is scored against the people you actually want, given a suggested first reply and an owner, and moved into the rings the moment there is a real conversation.
